Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry. You can return it for a refund within 30 days of placing your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. The refund covers total return shipping costs, excluding shipping fees. Port charges for returning goods are not refundable. Stepzie is based in Australia.

Once the return has been made, please communicate the tracking code via email. Once the item has been received, we will refund the total price of the product within two working days. Don't forget to quote your order number when returning your order.
ITEMS LOSS IN TRANSIT.
By placing an order with us, you accept our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the specified deadlines, but external factors such as customs control can sometimes delay delays. If the delivery time of your order exceeds 5 working days, the stated time limit, please contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement order or a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel.
Stepzie is not responsible for lost or stolen items deemed to have been delivered to the address specified for an order. Upon request, Stepzie will confirm delivery to the delivery address, delivery date, tracking information and delivery information for the customer to verify.
